And check out the brand new 3D theatrical vacuform Transformer costumes for Optimus Prime and Bumblebee, inspired by the latest sequel Transformers 5: The Last Knight, if you want to make an awesome impression! Take a look at these discounted Transformers costumes on sale! The Transformers: Dark of the Moon surpassed the box office success of the last two films, grossing over $1.1 billion dollars worldwide. Not surprisingly, Paramount and Steven Spielberg lured Michael Bay back for the 4th installment of the series. However, actor Shia LeBeouf did not reprise his role as Sam Witwicky in these movies. A new cast took over the following sequel Transformers: Age of Extinction starting Mark Walhberg, Stanley Tucci, Nicole Peltz, Jack Reynor and BingBing Li. Screenwriter Ehren Kruger penned the script for Age of Extinction which premiered during the summer of 2014 and grossed over 1.1 billion dollars worldwide, making it the only film during that year to make over $1 billion dollars! So it isn’t a surprise Michael Bay quickly produced another sequel called The Last Knight, released in 2017, with Mark Wahlberg and Stanley Tucci reprising their characters again. This was supposed to be his last feature in the series. Peter Cullen returns once again to be the voice of Optimus Prime. The success of the franchise eventually led to a movie spinoff called Bumblebee released in 2018. The story took the popular character back to the 1980s, paying homage to the classic Transformers toy designs that were popular in the Eighties. Original fans of the series reacted positively to this more nostalgic version of the series and movie reviewers also gave the film positive reviews.
